1. Acceptance and licence
By downloading, accessing or using StudyPath, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you disagree, do not use the service.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use StudyPath for lawful purposes.
2. Permitted use
You must not compromise the service, bypass security, extract keys, automate abusive requests, interfere with infrastructure, infringe third-party rights or use the app to generate or distribute unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.
3. Your content and AI results
You keep the rights to content you provide and authorise us to process it only to deliver requested features. You must hold the rights or permissions required for that content.
AI results may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. StudyPath is a study aid, not an official source, substitute for teaching or professional advice. Always verify important information.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
StudyPath requires an active monthly or annual subscription after onboarding. There is no permanent free plan. Price, period and any available trial come from Apple and are shown before confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases in the app. Refunds follow Apple policies and applicable law.
5. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw features to maintain, protect or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific academic outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based solely on automatically generated content. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Governing law, contact and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
We may update the terms for legal, technical or service changes. We will publish the effective date and, when required, notify users in the app. Email hola@juakigarcia.com with questions.
